Safety
Operational judgment comes first. Always.
An appreciation for our islands. A passion for aviation. A commitment to a perspective that makes a difference.

My name is Andrick Kyelon Wright, and I am a Bahamian UAV pilot, drone engineer, aviation professional, educator, and entrepreneur passionate about using technology and innovation to create real solutions for The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
Over the years, I have dedicated my work to advancing drone technology across industries such as public safety, land surveying, agriculture, coastal monitoring, media production, and national development. I am proud to be recognized as one of the youngest drone pilots and drone engineers in The Bahamas, as well as one of the youngest UAV Directors and Trainers for the Bahamas Association of Land & Surveying.
My journey began through aviation studies at LJM Maritime College and continued at Berichi Aviation, where I obtained my pilot license. I later expanded my expertise internationally by studying drone technology in Canada and earning my Canadian UAV Pilot License, allowing me to bring global UAV knowledge back home to The Bahamas.
I also served in the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, where I contributed to the advancement of drone operations and training throughout the country. During this time, I assisted in training multiple law-enforcement agencies and supported the use of UAV technology for surveillance, emergency response, and operational efficiency.
Beyond operations, my greatest passion is education and youth empowerment. I have taught drone technology within the Government School System of The Bahamas and at the University of The Bahamas, helping students develop skills in aviation, robotics, mapping, and emerging technologies. I strongly believe the future of the Caribbean depends on creating opportunities for young people through innovation, digital transformation, and practical education.
Today, through FlyWright Drone Videography & Consultancy, I continue working to modernize industries through safe and responsible drone technology while inspiring the next generation of Caribbean innovators. My mission is not only to fly drones, but to help build smarter communities, empower youth, improve public safety, and position The Bahamas as a regional leader in technology and innovation.
