Terms and Conditions
Services are provided only under an agreed scope and confirmed operational plan. Starting prices are indicative. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy
Request details are used to respond to inquiries and plan services. Do not submit card numbers or sensitive identification through inquiry forms. Contact flywrightbahamas@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
Booking Policy
A booking requires verified availability, agreed deliverables, operational approval, and the applicable payment. Requests do not reserve a time. Inter-island travel, staff schedules, and project complexity may affect availability.
Deposit and Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is paid using our supplied bank transfer, CIBC 1stPay, Zelle, Cash App or arranged cash options after the final amount is agreed. Our team verifies receipt of funds. Card checkout is not offered. Payment does not by itself confirm a date. See our Terms and Refund Policy for payment and refund details.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Contact the team with your booking reference to request cancellation or a change. Deposits may be refunded within 30 days of your order as described in our Refund Policy.
Weather Policy
Flights are weather-sensitive. Unsafe conditions may require postponement, rescheduling, or suspension. Operational decisions are made by responsible staff, not automatically from a forecast. Contact the team to discuss alternatives.
Media Usage and Licensing Policy
Deliverables, editing, licensing, commercial use, and download permissions must be set out in the accepted project scope. Ownership and reuse rights are not assumed. Private media is shared only through an approved delivery process.
Drone Safety Notice
All flight operations are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, aviation regulations, location permissions, and operational safety assessments. Emergency or search-and-rescue requests receive human review without any guarantee of deployment.
