1. Who we are

This website and our services are provided by FlyWright Drone Videography, Consultancy and Training ("FlyWright 242", "we", "us"), based in Nassau, The Bahamas. When you use this website, make a request or purchase a deposit, you are contracting with FlyWright Drone Videography, Consultancy and Training. Contact: flywrightbahamas@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use this website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; individuals must be of legal age.

3. Our services

We provide drone photography and videography, aerial cinematography, consultancy, and drone training. Listed prices are starting prices; final pricing is set in an approved quotation. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. All flights are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, regulations, location permissions and operational safety assessments, and may be postponed or rescheduled for safety. Completing a course does not grant a government-issued licence.

4. Deposits and payment

Payments are made by the supplied bank transfer, CIBC 1stPay, Zelle, Cash App or arranged cash methods. Card checkout is not offered. Please confirm the final amount and currency with our team before paying and include your booking reference. The applicable deposit is 50% of the agreed price, or you may pay in full as agreed with our team. Sending a receipt does not verify payment. Paying a deposit does not by itself confirm a date; we confirm after receipt of funds, availability and safety review. Any remaining balance is due before your session as stated in your quotation. 5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or services, including: unlawful use; fraud, spam or impersonation; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; requesting unsafe or unlawful flight operations; or interfering with security (uploading malware, probing, scraping or attempting unauthorised access).

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of this website, its content, branding, software and materials. Rights to media we create for you are set out in your accepted quotation; unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may retain copyright and grant you a licence for the agreed use.

7. Accuracy and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and keep any account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Weather forecasts never guarantee that a flight will occur.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the relevant service in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, hurricanes, airspace closures and government action.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and the courts of The Bahamas have jurisdiction over disputes.
